Miles Dale is a mechanic on Happy Valley and former oil rig worker. In 2003, he applied at Helios Aerospace for a job on the Moon. He was accepted, although with the earliest run in 2005 only. After making clear that he urgently needs a job right now, he was offered to go to Mars instead, which he accepted.
