He began to be known since becoming one of the finalists of X Factor Indonesia the first season . He joined the Boys category mentored by Anggun C. Sasmi . In the event, Micah was known as an instrumentalist who was able to play various musical instruments. He can also compose songs and arrange music at a very young age.
Despite failing to reach the Grand Final and stalling in the top four, Micah was the first contestant to get a recording contract after X Factor Indonesia. Mikha was contracted with his band with his two older brothers named Mada Emmanuelle and Reuben Nathaniel who were joined in The Overtunes by one of the well-known record labels namely Sony Music Indonesia
