Mia Zarring (born Maria Zarring, November 19, 1986) is a Russian television presenter, actress, and model who became a notable figure in media and entertainment through her work in journalism and performance art. Starting her career in television at age 15 as a correspondent, she went on to study marketing and public relations at Moscow State University (MSU) and the Timiryazev Academy. She gained widespread public attention as a prominent burlesque performer and host, often associated with major lifestyle events and cabaret projects like the "Pudra Show." Her screen work includes roles in the comedy films Once Upon a Time in America, or a Purely Russian Fairytale (2018) and Doctor Whistle (2022).
