Martin Johnson is an English former rugby union player and captain, best known for leading England to victory in the 2003 Rugby World Cup. A formidable lock forward, he spent his entire club career with the Leicester Tigers, winning multiple titles, and captained the British & Irish Lions on two tours. After retiring from playing, he became England's team manager from 2008 to 2011.
