Award-winning, Emmy-nominated writer, producer, and director Mark Banker began his career while attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a writer, national advertising director and associate publisher for the satirical newspaper, The Onion. After graduating, Banker relocated to Los Angeles to pursue TV and film work. He has written, produced, and directed for a variety of genres, including sitcoms (Spin City, Battery Park), feature film (Fantasy Football, Common Enemy), reality (The Osbournes), stage (General Admissions) and even foul-mouthed puppets (Crank Yankers). But Banker's specialty is animation. His animation credits include Adventure Time, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Duck Dodgers, Beware the Batman, and Clarence. In 2016, Banker became head writer for the Dreamworks Animation series The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants.
