Mahdi Pakdel is an Iranian actor born on July 1, 1980, in Isfahan, Iran, known for his versatile performances across stage, television, and film. He moved to Tehran at 17 to pursue a career in the arts, studying graphic design at Islamic Azad University, where he began designing theatrical posters before establishing his own graphic studio. Pakdel made his stage debut in 1997, focusing primarily on theater, but gained widespread recognition through roles in popular Iranian TV series such as Setayesh (2009–2010) and Kimiya (2013–2015), as well as films like Muhammad: The Messenger of God (2015). His personal life has also drawn attention; he was married to actress Behnoosh Tabatabaei from 2011 to 2016, and later reportedly wed Rana Azadivar in 2020. With a career blending artistic roots and mainstream success, Pakdel remains a prominent figure in Iranian entertainment.
