Larry Christopher Allen Sr. (born November 27, 1971) is an American former professional football player who was a guard in the National Football League (NFL) for 14 seasons. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round of the 1994 NFL Draft. He played college football for the Sonoma State Seawolves.
