First appeared in The Olympians #1 in 1991 as Kirsten "Kirsty" Tarrant and in The Olympians #2 as Rover and was created by Stephen Jewell and Gary Chaloner. Kirsten "Kirsty" Tarrant was the wife of Max Tarrant, the administrator of the Olympians and the protagonist of the titular series, and the secretary of millionaire comic publisher John Page, who is also the superhero Bulldog, a member of the Olympians. She was having an affair with Bulldog and became his sidekick Rover, replacing the late Todd Jason.
