Malbert, falsely known as King Malbert, is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Dr. Schadenfreude) of the 2008 animated film Igor, created by MGM.
He is the greedy, selfish, tyrannical and manipulative king of Malaria and Dr. Glickenstein's boss. He created a weather-control device to keep his own country in total darkness so that he can manipulate his people into becoming evil. He is also one of the arch-nemeses of Igor (alongside Schadenfreude).
He was voiced by the famous talk show host Jay Leno, who also played the Nega-Chin in The Fairly OddParents and Fast Tony in Ice Age 2: The Meltdown. In the video game adaptation of the film, he was voiced by David W. Collins.
