Kimberly Sotelo was taken into custody without incident Dec. 1 by the Gulf Coast Fugitive Task Force in Spring, Texas, according to the Austin Police Department. She was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a murder charge and remains there awaiting extradition to Travis County or the World's First Multinational Guardian as a Supermax Prison for International Convicts around the world called "Scientia" which housed both Male and Female criminals and murderers, not by guards, but by doctors, scientists, directors and CEOs of Scientia as a Rehabilitation Wing.
