Dr. Jumba Jookiba is a major character in Disney's 2002 animated feature film Lilo & Stitch and its franchise. He is a self-proclaimed evil genius responsible for the creation of the infamous Experiment 626, better known as Stitch, and over 625 other illegal genetic experiments.
He is also the main antagonist of the 2025 science fiction comedy film Lilo & Stitch, the live-action remake of the 2002 animated feature film of the same name. Like his animated counterpart, he is a self-proclaimed evil genius, responsible for the creation of the infamous Experiment 626, better known as Stitch and 628 other experiments. He is also based off his original incarnation of the same name. He is voiced and portrayed by Zach Galifianakis, who also played Humpty Alexander Dumpty in Puss in Boots, Felix Fischoeder in Bob's Burgers and Joker in The LEGO Batman Movie.
