Jonathan Rook is the founder and CEO of Rook Unlimited. Through his incredible genius and scientific inventions, he revolutionized Charter City, turning it into the hi-tech hub it is today. He is later revealed to be the main antagonist of the series, Stretch Monster. Jonathan has slicked-back, short red hair and light green eyes, He tends to have an easy-going smile. Suits. No ties. Stretch Monster He is green and big. Jonathan is rather eccentric and somewhat egotistical. He tries to be both successful and be true to himself, which is sometimes a challenge. As The Stretch Monster Flexarium body: he has powers like Jake's, primarily to stretch and elongate his body to inhuman lengths, etc, but is stronger and has better control than Jake's.
