Rice has directed on “Rick and Morty,” “Bob’s Burgers,” “The Simpsons Ride” at Universal Studios, “King of the Hill,” and “Beavis and Butt-head.” He was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois and attended Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles, California.
