Biography

Jennifer Seguin is a Canadian voice actress who plays Millicent Crosswire on Arthur. She's most well known for voicing the titular character's mother in Caillou, another Cookie Jar Entertainment show. Some other voice roles include Graziella from Wimzie's House, Kaboodle from Kit & Kaboodle, and Miss Gotto from Mona the Vampire, and it needs Super Why! too.
