Biography

Jacky Lai a Canadian actress of Vietnamese descent, best known for her roles in V-Wars (2019), Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments (2016) and Eraser: Reborn (2022). Lai's family immigrated to Canada from Vietnam when she was around 5 years old, to Toronto. She first started her acting career in 2011 when she made her debut on the television series Really Me. Her feature film debut came the following year when she starred in Silent Hill: Revelation. She has also appeared in short films such as Survivor Man and Asian Action. Lai's television credits include Really Me, The Flash, Ransom, Beyond, and Once Upon a Time, among others. Outside of acting, Lai has also had a successful career as a model, starring in numerous advertising campaigns for Canadian and U.S. companies such as Axe Deodorant, Chevrolet, Dentyne Ice, Subway Restaurant, and Acura, amongst others.
