Gruppa Krovi (Группа Крови in Russian, meaning "Blood Type") is a song from the eponymous album by the Soviet rock band Kino. The song, extremely successful both in the USSR and eventually overseas (often described as a landmark in the Russian music history) is generally a critique of the pointless struggle and bloodshed of war, inspired by the Soviet-Afghan war and featuring authentic war footage in the music video. Album cover copyrighted by the record label Moroz Records and the graphic artist Andrei Krisanov.
