Gi is a fictional character from the edutainment superhero series of Captain Planet. She is one of the five Planeteers and hails from Asia. Gi is the bearer of the Ring of Water, which grants her the power and control over said element by Gaia and was brought to her by Kisa, a dolphin friend of hers who found it in the sea and tossed to her. She is the second Planeteer to be summoned by Gaia to her home on Hope Island, which also serves as the Planeteers' base of operations. When summoning Captain Planet, she is the fourth in the line-up of the Planeteers to combine their powers.
