Frank Tenpenny (August 8, 1946 - 1992), also known as Officer Tenpenny and sometimes called Frankie, is the main antagonist of the hit 2004 video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is the ruthless, manipulative and nefarious leader of the CRASH Unit and a senior corrupt police officer of the LSPD and he is Carl Johnson's archenemy.
