Biography

Karli Morgenthau, also known as the Flag Smasher, was the leader of the Flag Smashers who sought to restore the world to its state between the Snap and the Blip. Seeing the Global Repatriation Council as her enemy for opposing her ideals, Morgenthau stole and used the Super Soldier Serum while working for Sharon Carter and launched acts of terrorism against the GRC. Being confronted by Falcon, Winter Soldier and Captain America, Morgenthau attempted to prevent the ratification of the Patch Act in New York City, but was ultimately killed by Carter.
