Young 16 year old man from district 4 with brown buzz cut short hair and narrow light yellow clean cut eyes and black pupils and holds a very sturdy crossbow and wears advanced deep sea scuba gear and is looking straight ahead he is also the most rambunctious and immature in the group he's quick to a joke and feels like he just bounces off the walls he has a little bit humour and that chaotic nature of that younger brother and he feels like the youngest he just says whatever's on the top of his head without even thinking about it he's a standout star he has that high energy and he has a warm smile in that dorky nature he's just a little too in your face and a little bit over social which he would shine through beautifully and he'll fit right in while swimming within the depths underwater world.
