Eric Lavery is an American actor, director writer and impressionist. He is best known for his work at The Abbey Theatre in Dublin, Ohio, having appeared in their productions of Les Miserables [Lesgles], Rent [Waiter + Roger u/s], Grease [Teen Angel], American Idiot [Tunny] and Alice By Heart [The Mad Hatter]. He currently works as a freelance performing artist, appearing in shows like The Fantasticks [Matt] and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat [Judah] and in 2023 made his directorial debut at The Star Theatre in Upper Sandusky, Ohio with The Doctor In Wonderland. Lavery is a 3 time nominee for the BroadwayWorld Columbus Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical (and most recently was in the top ten for his performance in Grease) and was a semifinalist for the CAPA Marquee Award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical for his performance in Into the Woods [Cinderella's Prince / The Wolf].
