Edouard Snootie is the father of Ootsie and Bootsie, and is married to Georgina. He is extremely rich, spoils his children, and sometimes says good-bye to people by telling them to "Have a rich day." In Collector's Edition, it is revealed that Edouard has a collection of every Mallard Man comic book, except for one rare issue owned by Flick Duck.
