Prince Phillip III is a prince from the small country of Zandar. An admirer of the Dino Charge Rangers, he aspired to be one of them. A chain of events causes him to bond with the Graphite Energem, becoming the Dino Charge Graphite Ranger of the Dino Charge Rangers, the eighth ranger chosen by the Energems.[1]
