David was the teacher on the bus of special-needs children that fell into the Sewers. Along with his students, he has been transformed by witnessing the Visitor. His students have been scattered through the sewers. David wishes to gather his students back together, but they are frightened of his monstrous form. He asks Sam to help bring them back to his lair. He can be found in a webbed nest down a tunnel in the back of the supply closet found down the upper path of the right sewer branch. The bus is hanging from his webs. David's students are Oliver, Victor, Florence, Coralie, Thomas, Zachary, Alice, and Tristan.
