Clown Man

Clown Man (クラウンマン Kuraunman) is a mischievous Robot Master from Mega Man 8. He was originally a robot designed for an amusement park, but he was stolen, reprogrammed, and remodeled for combat by Dr. Wily, gaining the ability to telescopically extend his arms and channel high-voltage electricity through them as part of his Special Weapon, the Thunder Claw. The leftover parts used on his modification were later used by Wily to help create Frost Man. Clown Man can also temporarily surround his body in a ball of electricity and bounce around in fast and erratic patterns for a unique attack called the Thunder Carnival. His weakness is Tengu Man's Tornado Hold, which can knock him out of the air during his flying trapeze swing and leave him tangled up in his own arms on the ground for a few seconds before he's able to recover. Clown Man made his base in an amusement park somewhere in the east of Australia. Despite his mischievous, silly nature, he is a good sportsman. He is also highly emotional, being prone to bouts of disliking everything and everyone around him. Clown Man is highly skilled on the flying trapeze and incorporates this into his attack strategy in an attempt to collide with his foes.
