Blooter is the main protagonist of the children's media franchise "Poppets Town". He is a blue anthropomorphic dog, who loves to ride on his scooter through Poppets Town. Blooter is a great friend to everyone in Poppets Town. He is always the first to come up with ideas. Blooter is also shown to be a wonderful scooter rider. As shown in "Clubhouse Power", he can pull off some really cool tricks. In "Blooter Gets a Boo-Boo", he is shown to be a little careless, as he accidentally banged his thumb when trying to hammer the nails in. However, Blooter is smart, friendly, fun, and will always think of ways to solve problems, and he's always ready to do, do, do, and go, go, go!
