First appeared in Union Jack #1 in 1998 and was created by John Cassaday and Ben Raab. Lily Cromwell was the daughter of Dr. Jacob Cromwell, who revived the slain Baron Blood, who killed the doctor and one of his daughters and turned the other into a vampire. After Baron Blood was slain again, Lily became Baroness Blood and founded a cult in his memory called Der Blutsauger.
