This is the first Barney doll ever used in the series, with a much more dinosaur-like appearance. This plush has green soles on the bottom of the feet, based off of the soles on the Barney costume (though in a different color). The mouth is a red strip of felt, shaped like a smile. His spot pattern on his back is exactly like it is when he comes to life. He also has pink eyelids. Also, unlike later dolls, this one has eyelashes and is able to wink with one of his eyes. This doll was owned by Michael and Amy.
