Dr. H. Arsul Sani, S.H., M.Sc., Pr.M. (born 8 January 1964) is a Constitutional Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia who was appointed on 18 January 2024.[1][2] Previously, Arsul was a politician from the United Development Party (PPP). He served as Deputy Chair of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2019-2024 period. He also served as a member of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) for two terms from 2014 to 2024 representing the electoral district of Central Java X which includes Batang, Pekalongan, Pemalang and Pekalongan City. Arsul serves on Commission III which deals with law, human rights (HAM) and security and he is also a member of the DPR Legislative Body. Apart from that, Arsul has been Secretary General of the United Development Party since 20 May 2016, under the leadership of General Chair Romahurmuziy
