Commander Armando Becker (unknown - 2012) was the corrupt commander of the Unidade de Forças Especiais until his death, and the friend of the Brazilian politician Victor Branco, as well a rival to detective Wilson Da Silva and was the secondary antagonist in Max Payne 3. Becker's right-hand man was Bachmeyer.
