Ana Delia De Iturrondo, also known as Ana Delia, is a Puerto Rican bikini athlete and make-up artist born in 1980 in Morovis, Puerto Rico. Athletic from a young age, she practiced swimming, ballet, gymnastics, athletics, and later became a member of Puerto Rico’s national skating team, proudly representing her country in international competitions. Despite her early success, Ana endured significant hardships, including her parents’ divorce, her father’s battle with cancer, and the tragic death of her younger brother in a motorbike accident. These events led her through periods of deep depression, but she ultimately found strength in fitness, using the gym as both therapy and a path toward rebuilding her confidence and purpose.
Determined to transform her life, Ana returned to the United States and committed herself fully to training, eventually stepping on stage in 2011 at her first NPC competition, where she placed second. Over the next two years, she competed extensively and, in 2013, earned her IFBB Pro Card after winning the NPC Team Universe & Fitness National Championships. Her resilience, discipline, and inspiring comeback story helped her rise as a respected figure in the fitness world. Beyond her competitive success, Ana became a global fitness icon, motivating thousands through social media to pursue healthy lifestyles and never give up on their dreams, no matter the obstacles they face.
