He is the founder and original leader of the League of Villains, the mentor and adopted father of Tomura Shigaraki, the benefactor and de-facto leader of the Paranormal Liberation Front, and the arch-nemesis of the One For All Users, with the first and original user, Yoichi Shigaraki, being his younger twin brother.
