Fan Casting "X-Men," by Andrew Kevin Walker (1995)

The basic plot is this: Congress has recently passed the Mutant Registration Act, and Magneto and the Brotherhood of Mutants have begun committing acts of terrorism in New York City in response. Professor Xavier, feeling the X-Men need someone with military/combat experience to prepare them for real fighting, recruits the amnesiac Logan from Canada's Department H. They not only have to deal with Magneto and the Brotherhood's greater plans for New York, but also elements within the military and government looking to take them down.
