After being exposed by her daughter and removed from power, Amanda Waller watches A.R.G.U.S. continue operating without her under Rick Flag Sr.. As Leota Adebayo formalizes Checkmate, Peacemaker’s disappearance becomes proof that A.R.G.U.S. still operates beyond oversight. Checkmate wants answers. Waller sees leverage.
