Waller: Checkmate
DCU HBO Max Seried
After being exposed by her daughter and removed from power, Amanda Waller watches A.R.G.U.S. continue operating without her under Rick Flag Sr.. As Leota Adebayo formalizes Checkmate, Peacemaker’s disappearance becomes proof that A.R.G.U.S. still operates beyond oversight. Checkmate wants answers. Waller sees leverage. From the shadows, she begins a calculated campaign to destabilize the power structure that cast her out. But this is not just a political war. It is a maternal one. Waller must decide whether reclaiming control is worth further fracturing her relationship with her daughter — and whether she can protect Leota from the chaos she herself is engineering.
