Fan Casting Starscream in TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON (NOLAN'S DIRECTION)

Megatron's second-in-command who transforms into a Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor. In Nolan's Direction, Starscream kills civilians when the Decepticons arrive on earth and in both the deleted scene and R rated cut, Starscream brutally rips a human apart with blood and guts spilling from both halves. Nolan's depiction of Starscream would not be portrayed as a coward, but a sadistic bloodthirsty murder machine who doesn't panic and fights Mirage and Ironhide to the end until he's killed by the detonator that's detonated by Yukio. Michael Wincott was chosen by Nolan to replace Adler for the voice of Starscream after being impressed by Wincott's raspy voice which sounded even more terrifying.
