The arms-dealing power broker. Cobblepot is a grotesque, cigar-smoking Cockney crime lord who supplies the Squad from his Iceberg Lounge with cold authority, wounded aristocratic pride, and the casual menace of a man who feeds his enemies to a giant shark.
