Synopsis

In Season 3 of "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder," Penny Proud and her family are back with even more laughs, adventures, and drama. This season introduces new characters, including The Watterson Twins and Dylan. The Watterson Twins are the newest students at Penny's school, and they quickly become popular due to their outgoing personalities and unique style.
