Synopsis

After the events of Teen Titans: Bloodlust, Batman and Green Arrow decides to create a black ops superhero team different from the Justice League, Justice Society and Teen Titans; the members are: Batman (Leader), Green Arrow (Co-Leader), Black Lightning, Katana, Metamorpho the Element Man, Blue Beetle, Halo and Vixen. Their mission is to stop a war that is destroying Markovian an East European Country; which was ravaged by "Alistair Lord" the son of Maxwell Lord.
