After losing their home planet Xyberos, a species called the Mutronics were two different factions, the Coreguardians, and the Darkflame Syndicate who clash over the artifact known as the Eclipstar, which ends up on Earth. Teenagers Wally Winston and Marcy McKenzie get entangled, joining forces with the Coreguardians to protect Earth from the Syndicate’s grasp.
