Description of Frankie Franchetti:
The head of the Franchetti Mafia who is also called Frankie "Kill-the-children-too" Franchetti. He adopted Jackie Estacado from an orphanage and training him to be his hitman. He tortured Lauren's boytoy to the point that it led her into a coma. In some issues he tried to do business in Gotham New Jersey USA but eventually backed off after experiencing their lunatics like Catwoman, Two Face and the Batman.
