Fan Casting The Batman: Chapter II

Following a year after The Riddler's attacks on Gotham, and Batman and Jim Gordon find themselves on a new case with aid from the city's new D.A, the very emotionally-troubled Harvey Dent. A chemical-based attack on a respected Gotham University professor is just the first of a series of dropping bodies at the hands of a masked nightmare-conjuror called "The Scarecrow". Who is he, and how does Arkham Asylum's new warden play into the game? To make matters worse, both of these villains seem to be connected to the sudden and mysterious re-emergence of Drop production, headed by The Penguin.
