In this alternate treatment for the film, it's 1965 and Barbie Roberts is trying to navigate high school. A task easier said than done when everyone seems to have it out for her due to her seemingly being too good looking for her own good. But, a chance meeting with jock Ken Carson leads to an eventful year that nobody involved is likely to forget.
