My idea would be for it to be animated by the incredible Studio Mir in a style reminiscent of their work on Legend of Korra and Voltron: Legendary Defender. zestfulmaple Orito Yukinaga is A chinese crime boss who wanted to make his way in the crime syndicate of New York City and eventually pooled enough power to create The Purple Dragons. He is obsessed with gaining power and status and authority, although does have a strong, albeit sometimes skewed, sense of honor. As a symbol of his authority and power he labels himself the Dragon Lord. He steals the Turtle blood to reverse engineer some mutagen of his own, using it with the DNA of his own pet Komodo Dragon. Now being a "True Dragon", he rules, opposing both the Turtles and The Foot. We find out later that his complicated view of honor comes from his torn family, both parents crime lords, his mother wanted to rule with a cruel iron fist where honor was in battle, and his father believed honor lied in attempted diplomacy and fairness. The voice actor should be able to effortlessly intimidating and commanding yet morally complex and should have no issue having a feel growl but still portray a moral dilemma
