Description of Brother Blood:

Sebastian Blood VIII is a sadistic and arrogant terrorist genius who believes that humanity needs to be the best version of themeselves even if innocent people have to die, if they are not fit to be among the superior and if people doesn't want to be all powerful, he is responsible of experimenting on Geo-Force and other people who accepted to be on his side like Doctor Light, Psimon, Mammoth and Shimmer. He then meets the Tamaranean Rogue Komand'r who promises to him that if he helps her find a powerful Tamaranean artifact to conquer once again Tamaran that is owned to the Citadel, she will help him make the planet Earth the best version of itself. He is the second main antagonist.
