Supposably, the plot would have been almost exactly like the one we got from Illumination, except that the title would have been different and that there would have been a few differences within the screenplay. After two struggling Brooklyn plumbers travel through a mysterious pipe to an alternate world, Mario must save his brother Luigi from the wrath of the all-powerful Bowser, with the help of Princess Peach.
