Synopsis

Four years following the events of StarCraft, Arcturus Mengsk is rebuilding his empire with the aid of his son while fending off challenges from the Kel-Morian Combine and Umojan Protectorate, all the while hunting down Jim Raynor. Meanwhile, the zerg, under the command of the Queen of Blades, have pulled back to Char and been quiet for four years. No one knows what Kerrigan is planning.

A Purifier and Templar warrior. He was created by brainscans of the Templar hero Fenix, with all of his memories and a similar personality, and initially believed he was actually Fenix, though decided to forge his own identity as a being.
