So she summons an apprentice for her star pupil, Twilight Sparkle. It is none other than SpongeBob SquarePants, from the undersea town of Bikini Bottom! SpongeBob is struggling to learn of magic, but he has Twilight and her friends to help him get ready. But the evil Plankton, who was accidentally sent with SpongeBob, sets out to find Strife and help him invade Equestria, so he can help him steal the formula to the Krabby Patty!
