He always leaves a rose at the top of the Brooklyn Bridge in her memory. Peter broke up with MJ because he is afraid of losing her, but he still fighting crime. Harry Osborn returns to the city, now he is a drug adicted. Harry learns that Peter is Spider-Man and he "killed" his father, and decides to end his job by taking his gadgets and associating with Doc Ock and other villains (Electro, Scorpion, Rhino and Mysterio)...Is Peter ready for losing his best friend?
