The small town of Skerritburg sits, nestled in between Skerrit's Lake and the Graywall Mountains that separate Breland from Droaam. For a majority of it's history it has been a tranquil and somewhat isolated community, though recently the town has gained three notable additions to its community. Nona Locke and her son August joined the community over a year ago, and while Nona offers repair services to the town, many testify that her son is more trouble than her services are worth. On the other side of Skerritburg is the town's newest, and strangest addition, in the form of Belazati Juriah, an expert alchemist from Cyre. By day, Belazati runs a shop in town, but by night desperately researches a mysterious brew he has only seen in his dreams. Both Nona and Belazati find themselves unlikely allies as they grapple with the arcane and the supernatural while trying to lead somewhat normal lives.
